Return Policy

  • You may return a product within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags intact.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
    Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • The product must be in original condition, with all tags intact.
  • You may exchange the product for another item of the same value or higher.
    If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • Products can only be exchanged once.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
  • AIMER reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.

  • หากพบสินค้ามีตำหนิรบกวนติดต่อเปลี่ยนสินค้าผ่าน Line @aimerofficial และส่งเปลี่ยนภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้าเท่านั้น (หากเกิน 7 วันไม่รับเปลี่ยนทุกกรณี)
  • สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิมไม่ผ่านการใช้งานและมีป้ายสินค้าครบถ้วน
  • สามารถเปลี่ยนสี หรือ SIZE ได้ โดยมีค่าดำเนินการ 50 บาทต่อรายการหมายเหตุเพิ่มเติม
  • ค่าขนส่งสำหรับการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า ยกเว้นในกรณีที่สินค้ามีข้อบกพร่องหรือได้รับสินค้าที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
  • AIMER ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่ไม่เป็นไปตามนโยบาย วิธีการขอคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า
  • หากต้องการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อทีมบริการลูกค้าของเราที่ช่องทางที่ลูกค้าทำการซื้อสินค้า
  • โปรดตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าที่คืนหรือเปลี่ยนถูกบรรจุอย่างดีเพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง
