1. Return Policy

• We do not accept returns in all cases.

• We reserve the right to decline all return requests due to "change of mind" in all cases.

• Please record a video while opening the package as evidence for claims in case of damaged, defective, or missing items.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

Thailand Customers: 

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags intact.

• Please record a video while opening the package as evidence for claims in case of damaged, defective, or missing items.

• You may exchange the product for another item of the same value or higher. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

• Products can only be exchanged once.

• Exchanges for size or color are available with a processing fee of 50 THB per item.

International Customers:

• Exchanges are not accepted unless the item received is defective. In the case of a defective item, please contact us to arrange an exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.

Additional Notes:

• Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.

• ไม่อนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนสินค้า ยกเว้นกรณีที่คุณได้รับสินค้าที่มีตำหนิ โดยติดต่อเพื่อส่งเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับพัสดุ

• กรุณาถ่ายวิดีโอขณะเปิดกล่องพัสดุเพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานในการเคลมสินค้า ในกรณีที่สินค้าชำรุด มีตำหนิ หรือได้รับสินค้าไม่ครบถ้วน

วิธีเริ่มขั้นตอนการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า

• กรุณาถ่ายวิดิโอระหว่างเปิดพัสดุ เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการเคลมสินค้ากรณีสินค้าชำรุดเสียหาย หรือได้รับไม่ครบ

• หากพบสินค้ามีตำหนิรบกวนติดต่อเปลี่ยนสินค้าผ่าน Line Official:@amrdesaison และส่งเปลี่ยนภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้าเท่านั้น (หากเกิน 7 วันไม่รับเปลี่ยนทุกกรณี)

• ค่าขนส่งสำหรับการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า ยกเว้นในกรณีที่สินค้ามีข้อบกพร่องหรือได้รับสินค้าที่ไม่ถูกต้อง

•หากต้องการคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อทีมบริการลูกค้าของเราที่ช่องทางที่ลูกค้าทำการซื้อสินค้า

•โปรดตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าที่คืนหรือเปลี่ยนถูกบรรจุอย่างดีเพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง

• สินค้าที่ระบุว่าเป็นสินค้าลดล้างสต็อก (Final Sale) หรือสินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้ จะไม่สามารถนำมาคืนหรือเปลี่ยนได้ในทุกกรณี
